个人简历
张宁,博士,教授,博士生导师,入选德国科学基金会卓越集群CIBSS Launchpad Programme及山东省海外高层次人才计划;担任德国弗莱堡大学CIBSS学术委员会委员、Plant Physiology和Physiologia Plantarum期刊编委。2008年获佳木斯大学学士学位,2011年获河北师范大学硕士学位,2017年获中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所博士学位。于2017年至2024年在德国弗莱堡大学进行博士后研究工作。在Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、Molecular Plant、EMBO Journal、Plant Cell、Journal of Genetics and Genomics等国际主流学术期刊上发表论文10余篇。2024年入职山东农业大学农学院,从事小麦根系生长发育与环境互作的分子机制研究。课题组立足于应对全球气候变化与推动农业可持续发展的重大挑战,以小麦根系构型调控为核心,主要从干细胞与根系发育调控、根系向性(重力、湿度、光照和养分分布等)与环境可塑性、根系逆境适应性等方面开展研究,解析小麦根系发生与建成的关键机制,为作物精准设计和现代农业发展提供创新性解决方案。
