个人简介：

张学才，男，博士，山东农业大学教授，博士生导师。兼任中国作物学会第四届玉米专业委员会委员，《Journal of Integrative Agriculture》、《Maize Sciences》、《中国农业科学》、《作物学报》期刊编委，《Frontiers in Plant Science》期刊副主编。已在国际学术期刊上发表科研论文86篇，含第一作者或通讯作者表SCI论文27篇，多篇论文成为玉米遗传育种领域高被引成果。已合作选育面向全球公开释放的CML玉米自交系43份，合作选育玉米新品种38个。主持比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金项目、CGIAR玉米分子育种专项、国家自然科学基金委-CGIAR国际合作项目等国内外重大科研项目10余项。

主要研究方向：

研究方向聚焦热带亚热带玉米种质创新与改良、玉米抗病抗逆等复杂数量性状遗传解析、全基因组选择育种技术研发与规模化应用、国际玉米种质资源交换与协同育种。

近年来主持项目：

1. 国家自然科学基金委-CGIAR国际合作项目，基于AI+HTP 的玉米全基因组选择育种新技术研发及应用，2026-2030, 共同主持.

2.  “冲一流”建设专项811项目，CIMMYT-中国山东小麦玉米联合研究中心玉米遗传育种团队，2024-2026，主持。

3. One CGIAR子课题, Maize Molecular Breeding for Latin America, 2022-2025，课题主持。

4．国家自然科学基金委-CGIAR国际合作项目，基于多组学的玉米精准育种选择模型构建及应用研究，199万，2021-2025，共同主持。

5.盖茨基金，Genomics & Open-source Breeding Informatics Initiative，2015-2019，参加。

6. 盖茨基金，Genomic selection: the next frontier for rapid genetic gains in maize and wheat，2012-2015，课题主持。
